Report a complaint:
Please describe the situation. When making your report, observe the points below so that your complaint is as complete and detailed as possible, this will help us to succeed in the investigation.
Don't forget to include in the description of your report, if possible:
- What: describe the situation or fact you would like to report;
- Who: name or "nickname" of those involved (people, companies, witnesses);
- When: exact or approximate date on which the event/situation occurred, occurs or will occur;
- Where: location, sector, area, department, unit, of the reported situation;
- How much: if its possible and if you have information on quantity, values, volumes, etc.;
- Evidence or proof: if it exists and where it can be found.
To monitor the progress of your report, you can use the protocol number provided after sending the report.
